Materials & Technology
Explore fabric-to-fabric, fabric-to-foam and fabric-to-membrane constructions.
Lamination technology
The difference is
between the layers.
Each layer has a role. PUR adhesive bonding brings them together into one purposeful material.
The outer fabric defines the surface, texture and appearance. Select it around the feel and durability your product needs.
A selected film introduces the required barrier properties. Breathability and protection depend on the membrane and the complete construction.
The inner textile supports the construction and influences comfort against the body or the product it protects.

Comfort takes shape
Fabric to foam
Laminate textiles to PU, EPE or EVA foam. Applications include moulded bra cups and pads, automotive seat covers and headliners. Select the foam and textile around the product requirements.

Fabric to membrane
Combine fabric with TPU, TPE or PTFE membranes, or PE film. Waterproofness, breathability and wash performance depend on the membrane and the complete construction; define these requirements with our team.
