What fabric widths can FLPL process?

Our processing width range is 42 to 126 inches. Confirm the required width for your selected construction.

Which fibre groups can FLPL process?

We handle polyester, nylon (polyamide), cotton, wool, silk, viscose, modal and other fibre groups, subject to the project requirements.

Which fabric substrates can FLPL handle?

We work with woven, non-woven, warp-knit, circular-knit and flat-knit substrates.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities depend on the project and the substrates involved. Contact us with your material and quantity requirements.

Can you process materials supplied by a client?

Yes, we accept job-work with client-supplied materials in selected cases, after reviewing their suitability.

Do you handle turnkey projects?

Yes. We can discuss turnkey projects and agree the scope around your finished-product requirements.

Which compliance programmes does FLPL work with?

Our compliance programme includes ISO 9001, Sedex four-pillar requirements and the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). Contact us for the applicable certificate scope and audit documentation for your project.

Can you support GRS projects and provide a TC?

Yes. We support projects within our GRS scope and can provide a transaction certificate (TC) for eligible certified deliveries. Confirm the selected construction and documentation requirements when ordering.

Do you currently export?

Yes. We export to the USA, Australia and GCC markets.

Can you supply REACH-compliant products?

Yes, when REACH compliance is specified as part of the project. We already export products with REACH compliance; confirm the requirements and supporting documentation for your selected material.

Does FLPL currently hold OEKO-TEX certification?

No, FLPL does not currently hold OEKO-TEX certification. Certification can be explored for a specific project. We use raw materials specified as OEKO-TEX compliant; this does not certify the finished laminate.

How do you inspect materials?

We use a four-point fabric inspection system.

What substrate weight and thickness ranges can you handle?

Our stated substrate range is 25 to 350 GSM and 6 microns to 12 mm in thickness. Higher weights may be possible in selected cases. Suitability depends on the material and process.

Which lamination techniques do you offer?

We offer PUR hot-melt lamination, hot-melt film calender lamination and glue lamination.

What is your daily lamination capacity?

Typical capacity is approximately 10,000 metres per day, depending on the project and substrates. Confirm production capacity for your order.

What is the lead time for job-work?

Job-work normally takes 7 to 10 days after your material reaches us. Confirm the schedule for your project before dispatching material.

Do you have an in-house testing laboratory?

Yes. We have an in-house laboratory for material evaluation and quality testing.

What type of printing do you offer?

We offer digital sublimation printing.

Can you manufacture stitched finished products?

Yes. Our in-house stitching facility has 40 stitching machines and the required cutting setup for made-up products.

How should fabric be supplied for job-work?

Fabric can be supplied in bale or roll form. Agree the delivery and handling requirements with our team before dispatch.

Can you help source technical fabrics from India?

Yes. We provide technical-fabric sourcing support for buyers in India and abroad.
